By accessing or using MeerkatLeads ("the Service"), operated by Meerkat AI Labs Pte Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeerkatLeads is a B2B lead generation platform that helps businesses find, verify, and export qualified business contacts in Malaysia and Singapore. The Service includes web-based search tools, lead databases, data enrichment, and export functionality.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) in violation of applicable laws.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data obtained through the Service without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Data Usage and Compliance

Lead data provided through MeerkatLeads is sourced from publicly available information and proprietary databases. You agree to use this data in compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to PDPA (Singapore) and PDPA (Malaysia).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meerkat AI Labs Pte Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeerkatLeads and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data provided through the Service. Lead data is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
